Work life balance and wellbeing

We are proud to support employee wellbeing. Our approach is focussed on five areas: physical, financial, emotional, social and personal.

Holidays

Full time employees are entitled to all normal public holidays and in addition to 20 days in each completed financial year of service. Holiday entitlement is calculated on a pro rata basis for those who join us on a part time basis and for individuals who join through the leave year. Under our loyalty leave scheme your annual leave entitlement increases with length of service.

Work life balance is important to us, and the company will consider requests from staff to increase or reduce their annual discretionary holiday entitlement through carry over, purchase and selling mechanisms. In addition, we have arrangements in place to consider requests for extended leave or to help you manage unforeseen circumstances.

Full details of annual leave and the guidelines for managing your entitlement are made available to you on joining and published on the company intranet.

Flexible start and finish time

As a professional consultancy we need to ensure that we continue to meet our client's needs and satisfy our business objectives. We also recognise that work life balance is important to our employees. Our flexible start and finish time, which may be varied by up to plus/minus one hour, allows us to maintain our level of service whilst also allowing you more convenience in your working hours.

Life assurance

Frazer-Nash's parent company operates a life assurance scheme. Under the arrangements, you can nominate who you'd like to benefit from the lump sum that is payable in the event of your death.

Employee Assistance Programme

An employee assistance programme (often referred to as an EAP) offers information and counselling on a wide range of personal and work related topics such as debt management, family relations, health problems and work issues. This service is confidential and easy to access 24 hours a day.
