Why we invest in you
We believe that investing in you, in your training and development is an important part of our business. A career with Frazer-Nash is about your continued contribution to help make a difference. To support you in achieving this we provide you with a comprehensive development programme.
Our induction programme is designed to help you understand the nature of our business and help you to settle into your role as quickly as possible. You'll find out more about the role you'll play in the company, and meet a range of experienced people across the organisation.
Your training and development programme will vary depending on your company role and the area you work in. We encourage you to take ownership of your own development by completing a personal development plan. We will give you all the support you need when making important decisions about the career path you want to take.
We want you to explore the possibilities and get the most out of the opportunities that are available to you. In addition to regular informal reviews, your annual performance review will help to identify your future training needs and give you the opportunity to reflect on the previous year. This process will help you and your line manager to identify appropriate personal and professional development for the year ahead.
At Frazer-Nash you will be assigned a mentor to help and guide you as you learn the business and to support your career. You will also be supported whilst you work to attain Chartered status.
We provide a number of accredited training schemes to help you gain Chartered status, and we will pay your membership subscription to your chosen professional institution. We offer accredited schemes with:
