News & Events - Frazer-Nash celebrates Australian Tank Fleet contract win as it prepares to attend Land Forces 2014

Frazer-Nash Consultancy will be exhibiting at Land Forces 2014 from 22-25 September 2014 at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event is considered Australia 's premier land defence exhibition and is the leading land defence forum for Australia , Asia and the Indo-Pacific region.

The event, which showcases the latest land-defence equipment, technology and services, comes at a time when Frazer-Nash continues to grow and invest in its Australian operations. This success is reflected in its recent project win for the Australian tank fleet.

Paul Cree, Manager of Frazer-Nash's land business explains:

"Frazer-Nash's contract with the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) will see the company support the refinement of the logistic support arrangements for the Australian Tank fleet, comprising the M1A1 Main Battle Tank and M88A2 recovery vehicle.

The need for this task has been driven by the recent mid-life refresh of the Tank fleet and the force structure changes resulting from Plan Beersheba. As part of the project, Frazer-Nash is working with a wide range of defence and industry stakeholders to establish the information requirements to help deliver improved management and efficiencies of the tank fleet's assets."

Commenting on the attendance of Land Forces 2014, Paul said:

"We are renowned for our expertise on land systems and have a long history of helping clients improve safety, efficiency and performance of existing defence assets and those in development."

Land Forces 2014 is a great opportunity for us to connect with decision makers and showcase our capabilities to the Australian market. You can find Frazer-Nash on stand 1E15 where we will be happy to discuss our capabilities."
