An update from our Managing Director, Neil McDougall:

At Frazer-Nash, we’re working with our clients and suppliers to ensure that we continue to deliver support to their key projects and programmes in these unprecedented times.

One of our key values is that ‘we care’... we care about the wellbeing and safety of our people and our clients; and we care passionately about delivering on the commitments we have made – ensuring that our clients continue to receive the first class service for which we are renowned.

In recent weeks, we have transformed the way we work. I’ve always known that we have the very best people in Frazer-Nash, and their response – under very difficult circumstances – has reinforced that conviction.

Our Frazer-Nash family have juggled all sorts of responsibilities, moving their offices into their homes, and caring for partners, children and elderly relatives, whilst still managing to deliver to our customers. They continue to provide our expertise to our clients’ projects, whilst still complying with current government and public health authority guidance.

Our enabling functions teams – those responsible for ensuring that our business runs smoothly, have also found new ways of working. They continue to make sure that our business assurance, finance, commercial, human resources, business development and communications functions continue to support our ongoing project delivery.

All of these elements come together – we’re here. And we can help you

Our business managers and technical delivery teams have an ongoing dialogue with their contacts and continue to plan and agree the best approach for each commission. They have been tasked to ensure that alternative arrangements and pastoral support is there should some of our people become ill. As part of this, we continue to review our business continuity and contingency plans – ensuring that our response to the COVID-19 outbreak is proportional and effective.

We continue to take all reasonable steps to protect our ‘Frazer-Nash family’ and all those people and organisations they support.
