An update from our Managing Director, Neil McDougall:
Since the start of the pandemic in March, we have transformed the way we work, enabling us to continue to support our clients and help them achieve their goals. I’ve always known that we have the very best people in Frazer-Nash, and their commitment to helping our customers – often under very difficult circumstances – has reinforced that conviction.
Whilst we have had a very small number of confirmed COVID-19 cases amongst our colleagues, thankfully all of those who have contracted the disease so far have made a full recovery. But not everyone has been this fortunate. The pandemic has touched all of our lives in some way. Whether through partners working in healthcare combatting the disease first hand or, sadly, in some cases the loss of family members or friends to the COVID-19 virus. On behalf of all of us in Frazer-Nash, I’d like to send our condolences to all those of our clients, friends and families who have suffered losses as a result of COVID-19, and our thanks to those in the NHS and front-line services who are working so hard to keep the majority of us safe and well.
Our priority is, and has always been, to take all reasonable steps to ensure that we support our employees and clients throughout these challenging times. That requires a mix of ensuring that we stay safe, whilst doing what is needed to deliver vital support to our customers. For these reasons, we anticipate that the majority of us will continue to deliver some or all of our work from home for the immediate future.
But I know that some of my colleagues have real difficulty working from home; and I am mindful of the challenges around health and wellbeing for those who have been isolated for some time. Because of this, we are partially re-opening some offices with limited capacity for regular use. Measures will be put in place in line with government guidelines to minimise the risk of our people acquiring COVID-19 at work.
Similarly, a number of our project commitments involve secondments and visits to client sites. Where this the case, we’re taking all reasonable steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone concerned is protected, taking account of both our customers’ and our own risk assessments before any visits take place.
At Frazer-Nash we also recognise the strain COVID-19 is putting on our clients. We’re here to help. We’re working within the backdrop of the pandemic to help you deliver against your commitments whilst adapting to this new, different world that we are living in. Making decisions within a dynamic environment isn’t always easy. Perhaps we can provide some insight from across the varied market sectors we support that will help you to make the best decisions?
We’ll continue to work as partners in support of your key projects and programmes – now and into the future. We care, and we want to make a difference, so if your organisation needs help, reach out to us by emailing email@example.com to get in touch with one of our experienced consultants.
