About Us-We’re here, we care

At Frazer-Nash, we are working with our clients and suppliers to ensure that we continue to deliver support to their key projects and programmes in these unprecedented times.

One of our key values is that ‘we care’... we care about the wellbeing and safety of our people and our clients; and we care passionately about delivering on the commitments we have made – ensuring that our clients continue to receive the first class service for which we are renowned.

Currently, we are exploring all avenues that will enable us to provide our expertise to our clients’ projects, whilst still complying with current government and public health authority guidance.

Our business managers and technical delivery teams have an ongoing dialogue with their contacts to plan and agree the best approach for each commission. As part of this, we are undertaking scenario planning to identify alternative arrangements and pastoral support should some of our people become ill. Looking after our people is of paramount importance to us – and this is at the very heart of our strategy.

In recent days, we have undertaken a company-wide test of our systems and working arrangements. The majority of our people are able to work flexibly, basing themselves at the most appropriate location when needed – whether this is at a client site, at one of our eleven UK and four Australian offices, or from home. We plan to introduce these new ways of working seamlessly, with minimum disruption to our ongoing commitments.

We have already taken steps to reduce all non-essential travel, restricted the number of people who attend meetings and are encouraging our employees to use our cloud-based systems for online meetings, discussion and collaboration.

We continue to review our business continuity and contingency plans. We are monitoring the situation closely – and will continue to do so – to ensure that our response to the COVID-19 outbreak is proportional and effective. Above all, we will take all reasonable steps to protect our ‘Frazer-Nash family’ and all those people and organisations they support.
